SUMMARY:Leadership In Parenting: Madinat Al Ilam\, Muscat
DESCRIPTION:by Ahmad Fakhri Hamzah \n  \nJamilah and I kicked off the engagement with parents and educators (around 50 people) at a residential place at Madinat Al Ilam in a solid 3-hour session with a short prayer break. We dealt in more detail on the Purposeful Proactive Parenting (3Ps) Approach to provide the big picture for the young as well as experienced parents. We highlighted the 4 stages of children development and clarified the clear roles that parents must perform during each stage. \n \n\nIn the evening\,  we presented a lecture at Masjid Jabir in Wadi Kabir to the Tamil community. Despite the very short notice (less than 18 hrs)\, around 60 participants turned up\, comprising of mothers and fathers. Towards the end\, I had a direct engagement with several teenage boys on their purpose of life. I requested them to be grateful to the Creator and their parents.
