Module 1: Nurturing Children as Leaders

Objective: Equip teachers with insights from the Prophetic approach and contemporary research on child development to cultivate leadership qualities in students.

✅ Developmental milestones: Boys vs. girls – key differences and implications
✅ Supporting special needs children in leadership development

Module 2: Raising a Digital Generation

Objective: Help teachers understand generational differences and effectively engage with today’s digital-native students.

✅ How generational experiences shape perspectives and behaviors
✅ The unique challenges faced by digital-native students
✅ Practical strategies to connect with and inspire students despite generational differences

Module 3: Motivating Teens

Objective: Strengthen teacher-student relationships and motivate teenagers to achieve their best.
