5D Thinking For Transformative Parenting

(Note: In Doha (Qatar), this course was adapted for youths with amazing outcomes. At the end of the 1-day session, the youths presented their findings in groups. Workshop presented in May 2025).

COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. Reconnecting Science with Faith: Highlight the Islamic perspective on science as a reflection of God’s signs, the historical contributions of Muslim scientists, and the disconnect caused by non-Islamic education on belief and morality.
2. Restoring Humanness through 5D Thinking: Identify the problem of disconnection from God as the root of losing humanness and introduce 5D Thinking as a model to reconnect with the Creator.
3. Essence of Deep Thinking: Emphasize the Qur’an’s encouragement for using deep, multidimensional thinking to uncover the Creator’s signs in creation and gain deeper understanding beyond surface-level observations.
4. The 5 Dimensions of Thinking: Define and apply the five dimensions of 5D Thinking—ANALYTICAL, ANALOGICAL, CRITICAL, MEDITATIVE, and MORAL — to filter non-Islamic ideologies, question assumptions, and derive divine meanings and lessons.
5. Practical and Spiritual Alignment: Utilize 5D Thinking to reflect on divine attributes, foster awe and gratitude, and align thoughts and actions with the principles of Kalima Shahadah, nurturing both personal growth and spiritual connection.
6. Reclaiming a God-Centered Perspective: Highlight the limitations of materialistic interpretations, promote the inclusion of divine attributes in understanding creation, and develop critical questions to challenge non-Islamic ideology and reconnect with the Creator.
