Teach children to accept criticism gracefully. Criticism is unpleasant to the ears, but taken positively, they might just be the thing we need to improve and excel. Praise might make us feel good, but it doesn’t tell us what we need to change to be better at what we do. Too much praise makes us blind to our faults and shortcomings ~ a stumbling block to personal discovery and excellence.
