A job is something you do to support your family. Your job is never more important than your family, even if it’s a dream job. Don’t sacrifice your family for your job. It’s not worth it. Nobody is irreplaceable at work; there’ll be someone who can do the job if you’re not around. But no one will be able to replace you in your family. Being kind is about putting your family first.
